Melia Games
Founded in Germany in 2019, Melia Games reimagines classic games for contemporary life, with genuine leather at the heart of its collections. Chess, backgammon, playing cards and other familiar favourites are transformed into beautifully crafted objects designed to be played, carried and enjoyed.
Travel is an important part of the idea. Rollable formats, magnetic chess pieces and compact leather cases make many of the games natural companions for journeys, without losing the pleasure and ritual of the game itself.
What we particularly value about Melia is its ability to make traditional games feel fresh again. There is playfulness in the colours and materials, practicality in the design and enough craftsmanship to turn something familiar into an object you want to keep close at hand.
